What is the Crop Soother™?

The Crop Soother™ is our aftershave lotion that hydrates and helps reduce ball skin irritation, making your testicles the most comfortable they’ve felt in years.

Specifically designed for the groin area, the alcohol-free complex is infused with aloe, colloidal oats, shea, cocoa seed butter, and safflower oil to help relieve irritation during hair regrowth.

What device accessories are included in The Performance Package 5.0 Ultra?

Your package will include the following accessories:

• 3 Adjustable Blade Combs for use on The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra:
  • 1 fixed comb at a length setting of 1.44 mm that comes pre-attached to the trimmer.
  • 2 adjustable combs: One that offers length settings for 2/4/6 mm, and the other offers length settings for 8/10/12 mm. You can remove and adjust the combs by moving the notches up and down.
• 1 USB Type-C Cable that can be plugged into any USB-C charging port to charge your trimmers.
• 1 Wall Adapter (Currently, the wall adapter is only available in the US and Canada).

How do I charge the Weed Whacker® 2.0 and how long should the battery last?

Before your initial use of the Weed Whacker® 2.0 you will need to bring the device to a full charge.

To fully charge the Weed Whacker® 2.0, plug your USB-C charging cable into any USB-C charging port for approximately 8 hours.

The single LED battery level indicator will be lit while charging. The cordless rechargeable AAA NiHM battery offers up to 45 minutes of run time. When the single LED battery indicator is unlit, you will need to charge your trimmer.

How do I charge The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra and how long does the battery last?

The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra features a 700mAh Li-ion rechargeable battery that holds a charge for up to 60 minutes. To charge your device, plug the USB-C charging cable into any USB-C port or lay the back of the trimmer on a compatible wireless charging pad.

When charging via the USB-C charging cable it will take approximately 90 minutes to bring your trimmer to a full charge, and 3 hours when charging on a wireless charging pad. You’ll know charging is complete when all three LEDs are lit up on the trimmer.

At a full charge, you can use your trimmer for up to 60 minutes regardless of your preferred charging method.

The LED tri-level power status indicator will light up individually when the trimmer is on to show its charge level in increments of 33%.

Are The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra and Weed Whacker® 2.0 waterproof and okay to use in the shower?

Oh yeah! Both The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra and Weed Whacker® 2.0, are IPX7* rated which means they can be used for wet or dry trimming and shaving. Plus, you can rinse either device under running water for easy clean-up.

*Meets the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Standard 60529 rating of IPX7 to protect against immersion in up to one meter of fresh water for up to 30 minutes.

How do I replace The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra Trimmer Blade and The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra Replacement Foil Blade?

The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra Replacement Trimmer Blade:To replace the trimmer blade on The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra, push the bottom of the blade head with your thumb in the direction of the arrow to snap it out. Then, insert the new blade head into the slot at the top of the trimmer, and press it back until it snaps in place.

The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra Replacement Foil Blade:To replace the foil blade on The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra, push the bottom of the blade head with your thumb in the direction of the arrow to snap it out. Then, insert the lug of the new blade head into the slot at the top of the trimmer, and press it back until it snaps in place.

How close of a shave can I get with The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra?

The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra features an interchangeable dual-head system specifically designed to give you a skin-close shave. The SkinSafe® Trimmer Blade can be used to take a little off the top, and the SkinSafe® Foil Blade helps to bring in a smooth finish.*

In addition to the 2 new blades The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra comes equipped with 3 length setting combs:

• 1 fixed comb at a length setting of 1.44 mm that comes pre-attached to the trimmer.
• 2 adjustable combs: One that offers length settings for 2/4/6 mm, and another that offers length settings for 8/10/12 mm. You can remove and adjust the combs by moving the notches up and down.

Without a comb the SkinSafe® Trimmer Blade trims to .07 mm, while the SkinSafe® Foil Blade will shave you down to the skin.

How do I clean The Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra?

Make sure the trimmer is disconnected from any power source and turned off. Then, pull off the metal comb and pop off the blade head. Rinse each part under the faucet to remove any excess hair, then carefully shake off excess water.

Make sure to air dry the comb and blade head completely before reassembling.

Once dry, reattach the blade head onto the device by clicking it into place.

How do I clean the Weed Whacker® 2.0?

Before cleaning, make sure the Weed Whacker® 2.0 is turned off and completely disconnected from power. Start by turning the blade counterclockwise and pulling upward to remove the blade. Then hold each piece—including the trimmer itself—under running water.

Make sure to lay all the pieces out to dry completely before you finish up by reassembling the Weed Whacker® 2.0.

Once dry, place the blade on the cone and turn clockwise until it clicks in.

Pro Tip: Charge trimmer as needed between trimming sessions.
